How do I get my entry ticket & t-shirt?

You may stop by Cowork Tahoe, 3079 Harrison Ave, South Lake Tahoe, CA 96150 on the following days to pick up your entry ticket and volunteer t-shirt. YOU MUST GET YOUR VOLUNTEER PASS AND T-SHIRT IN ADVANCE. You cannot get them at the door.

Where do I park on the day I volunteer?

Please park at Heavenly California Main Lodge – 3860 Saddle Road, South Lake Tahoe, CA 96150.Your entry ticket is your parking pass. Shuttles go from 6am - 1am every 10 minutes. We recommend parking an hour prior to your shift to arrive on time. We cannot stress this enough, please get there early!!!

Where is our concessions stand?

Our concessions is “Lodge Parking Lot B”, directly in front of the Lodge at Edgewood. Please check in out our stand 15 minutes before your shift.

What do I wear?

We will give you a volunteer t-shirt to keep! You should wear navy, khaki, or black shorts / skorts / capris / or pants with the shirt we provide you.

Clear Bags Only!

Tournament has gone to a Clear Bag Policy Only. Any clear bag up to the size of a backpack is permitted. This includes purses. No purses unless they are clear. Each spectator may bring one (1) 16 oz bottle of water and one (1) 3oz bottle of hand sanitizer.

Where do I check in?

Registration will be located in the Spectrum Compound. If you have your pass and know your stand, you can go right to it, no need to check in at Registration. If anyone needs a ride to their stand, they can go to the Spectrum Registration tent and have our registration shuttle them. This can take time, so please plan accordingly.

Is there food to eat?

If you work a 4 hour shift you are entitled to a free meal and a free non-alcoholic drink. You may bring your own small, refillable water bottle.

What will I be doing?

Some of you will be the cashier and others will be grabbing and distributing food that is ordered. There are professional cooks making food. All proceeds and tips from concessions will go to support our work at the Marcella Foundation, so let’s support this work well!

Can I use my cell phone?

Cell phone use is strictly prohibited for anyone working in a cashier position! If you get caught using your cell phone as a cashier we will not be invited back to be a vendor.

When can I watch the tournament?

You can watch the tournament before or after your shift, but we ask that you arrive early for your allotted shift time to relieve the next volunteer. This is extremely important!
