BookMode Pilot program at Sierra House Elementary School. New innovations in childhood literacy are around the corner

BookMode is on a mission to help kids become enthusiastic readers and develop a lifelong love of learning. Founded by two South Tahoe High School alumni, BookMode seeks to get kids excited about reading and give them access to thousands of books and audiobooks through technology.

BookMode's first pilot project launched in February 2023, and each child in the BookMode Classroom received their own Kindle Paperwhite and Bluetooth headset to keep, with a 1-year subscription of Amazon Kids+. The Audible feature on Paperwhites lets kids switch seamlessly between reading and listening, making it a great tool for language learners.

BookMode's pilot project showed great results, with increased enthusiasm for reading and more kids choosing to read during free time. BookMode's goal is to help kids discover the joy of reading and develop a lifelong love of learning. Visit [insert website] to learn more about BookMode.
