Meet the 2025 Fannan Fellows!
What a night to remember! We recently attended the South Tahoe High School Scholarship Night and had the honor of celebrating ten incredible seniors from South Lake Tahoe High School who are now officially part of the newest class of Fannan Fellows!
Each year, all seniors at South Lake Tahoe High are invited to apply for the Fannan Fellowship by submitting a series of essays rooted in our core pillars: FEED, READ, and LEAD. These pillars reflect our belief in feeding our community, enriching minds, and empowering hearts to shape strong, compassionate leaders of tomorrow.
The application process is both thoughtful and intentional—each student is asked to reflect deeply on their values, experiences, and vision for the future. After reviewing these heartfelt submissions, we conducted interviews with the finalists and were blown away by their stories, their resilience, and their dreams.
This year’s recipients stood out for their authenticity, leadership, and passion for change. We’re beyond proud to support each of them on their next chapter and thrilled to award them a $9,000 scholarship toward their college journey.
