🌟 Meet Lily Summerville — Our New FeedTahoe Coordinator! 🌟

We’re thrilled to introduce the newest member of the Marcella Foundation team: Lily Summerville, our passionate and driven FeedTahoe Coordinator!

Lily brings with her a powerful mix of environmental expertise and grassroots community experience. A proud UC Davis graduate, Lily went on to serve nearly two years as a California Climate Action Corps fellow with AmeriCorps. During her fellowship, she partnered closely with the City of South Lake Tahoe and South Tahoe Refuse, leading efforts in food waste diversion, composting, school-based environmental education, and hands-on sustainability initiatives across the community.

What sets Lily apart is her heart for people and place. She’s deeply committed to community-led change and is excited to bring that same energy to FeedTahoe—working to expand food access and foster local resilience throughout the Tahoe region.

When she’s not making big change happen, you’ll find Lily soaking up the great outdoors—skiing, hiking, running, paddle boarding, and loving every bit of life in Tahoe. She’s proud to call this beautiful place home and even prouder to serve the incredible community that makes it so special.

We are so excited to have her as part of the Marcella Foundation and all that she will and already has contributed to this community! We cannot wait to show you the difference she will bring to not only the FeedTahoe program but to the community of South Lake Tahoe. Come meet her this Friday!
